Once-doubted tourniquet seen as Boston lifesaver

- Under the circumstances, tourniquets did save lives. They are not the preferred treament of choice but not everyone has a trauma or vascular surgeon standing next to them at the Boston Marathon. You do what you have to do, and many people did it which resulted in the saving of lives. Kudos to them.
